We accept size exchange, alterations and return for store credit with a previous approval. The requests shall be sent to email@example.com. If accepted, we will provide an address to ship the return.
To accept an exchang/return we must receive the goods withing 14 days beginning on the day after you received the Goods. Failure to fulfill this condition will result in the package being returned back to you
All our products are handmade to order for every customer, therefore we cannot issue refunds for returned goods.
Items from PREVIOUS COLLECTIONS category can't be returned, but can be altered.
Items from JEWELLERY category can't be returned or exchanged - they are made to order for each customer - please choose the size carefully.
We put extreme care and highest level craftsmanship into the creation of our products. In case of receiving an item with a flaw, it will be exchanged for a new item.
All the returning items must be new, unworn, with tags still attached, in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
