About Enfin Levé

Enfin Levé is an independent clothing label founded in Poland in 2012. The studio develops experimental garments built around technical materials, freedom of movement and functional construction.

The starting point is not a visual theme, but the way a garment is expected to behave. Patterns are developed to move with the body, pockets and fastening systems are integrated into the construction, and materials are selected for specific properties such as stretch, breathability, weather protection, insulation and durability.

This approach has shaped Enfin Levé's work across articulated trousers, outerwear, knitwear, bags and accessories. Rather than treating technical features as additions, the aim is to make them part of the form of the garment itself.

Materials and construction

Material research has been central to Enfin Levé since the beginning.

The collections use textiles developed by specialist manufacturers including Schoeller, Stotz, Polartec and Olmetex, alongside selected natural fibres, technical nylons, performance cottons and experimental materials.

Fabrics such as Schoeller Dryskin combine stretch, breathability and weather resistance, while EtaProof achieves wind and rain protection through a densely woven cotton construction. Polartec technologies are used for lightweight insulation and thermal regulation.

Each material is approached according to its own behaviour. Weight, structure, stretch and surface influence how a pattern is developed and how the final garment moves.

Design

Enfin Levé draws from functional garments designed for demanding environments, including protective clothing, mountaineering equipment, motorcycle garments, uniforms and other systems in which construction serves a specific purpose.

These references are translated into clothing for contemporary everyday use rather than reproduced literally.

Articulated pattern cutting, asymmetric construction, adjustable volumes, layered pocket systems and integrated hardware recur throughout the collections. The result is a balance between utility and a restrained, experimental silhouette.

Movement remains central to the design process. A garment is considered not only as a static object, but in relation to the body wearing it - walking, sitting, carrying, layering and adapting to changing conditions.

Core and collections

Enfin Levé CORE is the permanent, ready-to-ship part of the label.

It concentrates the design language of Enfin Levé into everyday garments, including technical trousers, outerwear, tops and accessories intended to remain available beyond a single season.

Alongside CORE, the numbered collections provide space for more complex construction, unusual materials and further experimentation with proportion, texture and form.

Much of the wider collection continues to be produced to order, allowing garments to be made in small quantities rather than through conventional seasonal overproduction.

Production

Enfin Levé garments are made in the European Union, working with specialist suppliers and manufacturers across Europe and with technical materials sourced internationally.

Production remains deliberately controlled. Construction, fabric behaviour and finishing are treated as part of the same design process, with an emphasis on longevity rather than rapid seasonal replacement.

After more than a decade of development, the objective remains unchanged: to create clothing in which material, movement and function determine the form.
