RETURNS POLICY
To request a return, kindly reach out to us via contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your name, order number, and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return request is confirmed, please promptly send the item(s) back to us. Please take note that once a return request is submitted we must receive the item within 14 days to process the return. Any items received past 14 days will be returned to sender.
For your return to be approved, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- Be in its original condition, which means it should be unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Include all accessories, such as straps, strings or logo pendants.
- Have the original tags, garment bags, and/or product packaging intact.
- Be securely packaged in the same box it was originally shipped in or an equally protective outer box.
For EU customers, you are responsible for organizing and covering the cost of return shipping. Enfin Levé bears no liability for the return package, so we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.
Non-EU customers, please get in touch through our contact form. If your return request is accepted after review we will provide all the necessary information or a return shipping label upon request. It's important to be aware that if you opt for an international return shipping label provided by us, the associated fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Items from JEWELLERY category can't be returned or exchanged - they are made to order for each customer - please choose the size carefully.
Made to order items with custom length/leg opening can't be returned or exchanged.
